What we deliver
- Site evaluation & solar field civil studies
- Feasibility, interconnection screening and permitting support
- EPC project management — schedule, budget, QA, punch list
- Commercial rooftop and behind-the-meter systems for businesses
- Owner's-representative services for developers and landowners
- Utility-scale battery energy storage (BESS) — Tesla Megapack integration
Utility-scale battery storage: Tesla Megapack
Solar generation is only half of the modern energy project — storage is the other half. We plan and integrate battery energy storage systems (BESS) built on Tesla Megapack, the utility-scale battery platform, alongside new or existing solar arrays: peak shaving and demand-charge reduction for commercial facilities, grid-services revenue for developers, and firmed, dispatchable power for community solar assets. From interconnection studies to commissioning, storage is engineered into the project — not bolted on afterward.
Illinois solar incentives for commercial projects
Illinois is one of the strongest states in the country for commercial solar economics. Illinois Shines (the Adjustable Block Program) pays projects for the renewable energy credits they generate — covering commercial rooftops, ground mounts and the community solar farms we build — and the federal investment tax credit materially reduces net project cost for businesses. Because block capacity and payment levels step down over time, projects that move earlier capture better economics. We model current incentive values into every feasibility study; see our Illinois solar incentives guide for the plain-English overview.
For businesses in the ComEd area
Commercial electricity costs in northern Illinois keep climbing. A behind-the-meter solar array — with or without battery storage — caps a big share of your operating cost for 25+ years, and current federal and Illinois incentives materially improve project economics. We provide a straight-shooting feasibility review before you commit to anything. Read our Illinois solar incentives guide.
Frequently asked questions
What size projects do you take on?
Commercial rooftop up through utility-scale community solar in the 2–5+ MW range — see the portfolio table above.
Do you handle feasibility and civil studies?
Yes: site evaluation, civil study, geotech coordination, interconnection screening and constructability review before any steel goes in the ground.
Can my land host a community solar farm?
Potentially — it depends on acreage, distribution infrastructure nearby and interconnection position. Contact us for a free initial screen of your parcel.
Do you build battery energy storage (BESS) with Tesla Megapack?
Yes — we plan and integrate utility-scale battery storage built on Tesla Megapack alongside new or existing solar: peak shaving and demand-charge reduction for facilities, and firmed, dispatchable power for community solar and grid-services projects.
